Have you seen all twine rosaries? What do you think about them?

I began making these and giving them away to interested parties a couple of months ago. They are very simple; made completely from twine (light weight rope) except for the crucifix and surprisingly attractive!

I think all twine rosaries are different..I prefer rosaries that have beads ..can get a better grip on them;)+

You know, I thought the same thing before I started making these; I make beaded rosaries also, but these are actually easier to use than I expected. May not be everyone's experience though ;) Thanks for the comment!

I make them and give them away---mostly I send them to troops overseas and to a non-profit that distributes them free of charge---but I have given them to individuals as well.

My husband and I make rosaries and sell them that craft shows and art fairs. I myself, can't do these, but my husband does make them very well. And he even makes the cross using the same knot system.

I've never seen them before but they look lovely. And they'd be perfect for travellers or troops overseas. Well done :)

They are handy to just stick in your pocket...nothing to catch on stuff. Easy if you need to wash them also.
