IF YOU FIND A BAG FULL OF MONEY IN THE STREET WHAT R YOU GOING TO DO WITH IT?

Wow, this is really a thought provoking question! If I found this big bag of money just lying in the street, on the sidewalk, whatever, I would search all over it to see if there was any identifying information as to who it might belong to. If I found nothing, I would take it home with me and watch the news and newspapers for a few days to see if someone was saying they lost a lot of money, like the amount I found. If someone came forward first, saying they lost this amount of money, I would contact them. I would not turn it into the police. And I would not let on that I had found it. Otherwise, ANYONE could come forward claiming they lost the money. In the end, if no one reported it missing, I would keep it.

I would love to keep it for me and my hubby and pays all the bills but I would have to take it to the police.

if its got a name i return it otherwise i party with it!

i would feel too bad to keep the bag,so i think i would try to find the owner..if it doesn;t have any id in it i would probably leave it there,if i hurry somewhere,because police doesn't always do its job,especially for a lost bag...or maybe they take the money lol..if i have time,though,i take it with me and post an announcement of a lost bag..but i wouldn't take the money because it wouldn't bring me luck..once when i was little i took some money from my mother's purse..and i bought the make -up that i liked so much..can you believe that since i bought it and till i tried to use it i dropped it so many times that it all broke in the end??i took it as a sign,never to take anything from anybody because you will not enjoy any piece of it:)

I will try to track down of the owner and return it to him/her. I bet he/she needs it very important and its a pity if he/she wont find the money.

i will take it home. spend all the money......and bring back the bag n keep it there....afterall i m a honest human being!

Turn it into the police and hope the owners get it back.

i think that i would have gone to the police at same time because i am not a thief. At last you must not forget that some percent of the money goes directly to you because you found the lost money or whatever was in the bag. Here in Greece you take 10% from whatever is in the bag. But i dont know what happens at your country. It depends on your law.

Turn it into the police station, that money isn't mine. I would do the right thing of course.

I am going to be completely honest about this, so here goes: If it didn't have any exploding dye on it and if the serial numbers were untraceable, I would put it away somewhere, wait for about a year, then start spending it! There, I said it! All of you can think bad of me if you want to but I think I wouldn't be the only one to do that!

last year around christmas i found a small bag on the stairs of the building i live , i took it home, i looked inside , there were of course money (not much-but still) id card and other things ..... so i looked on the id to see the street where that person live and i was going to give her the bag back, wich i did , the veryy next day ..... the girl was verry happyand surprised to see that somebody returned her money back without takeing any of them....... i felt verry good doing that and not even for a sec i wasnt thinking to take the money, even if i am not a person who have lots of money. if i would find again full of money in the street i will do the same , return the bag to the owner if i know him or going to the police station with it .
