No skipping Breakfast is not good for your health because it can lead to Ulcers and also you become very fat(the reason is when u do not take your breakfast regularly your body uses the fat stored in your body for energy consumption and as a result it tends to store fat in your body)

im a breakfast skipper...and sure is bad for health...but since im a night owl...i just dont find enuf time to wake up and have breakfast

Actually skipping breakfast is not good for health.It will lead to ulcer and it is the basic for obessity in some cases.

askipping breakfast makes your memory cells go weak.i have read that skipping breakfast reduces memory power as brain needs energy.that is why it is calse breakfast ie BReak the fast.

i always skip it as im always late for my work... but its not good for health... u shld always have good breakfast in morning tht helps u stay slim and keeps u fit... it helps u to work tirelessly

I know it not good for my health but I dont eat breakfast unless Im traveling. My mom still get on to me about not eating breakfast.

We all know the saying "breakfast is the most important meal of the day". Even just a bowl of cereal or slice of toast. I try to do that but am guilty of having just coffee for breakfast. *slap on the wrist* shame on me!

I usually always skip breakfast, I have always heard it was the wrost thing to do, I am fat too.. So, who knows.. LOL

The breakfast is the main eat in the day i am working aut and i read some books and i know that is good to have a quality food for breakfast like milk ,bleck bread ,fruits,yogurt,pasta and many other's which contain not simple carbohydrate and proteins :)
