Hi I run a small support group and was wondering if anyone had any ideas for charity fundraising ideas?

my church does alot of them, Christmas bazarres - people donate crafty things and baked goods adn we have a huge sale and also vendors bring in thier craft goods and we get 15% of thier sales.
A bake sale is great no cost to you have people volunteer to bake things.
A car wash - depends where you live too cold now here for one.
Depending on the charity I have done fundraisers before too. I am an Ameriplan representative and have a letter with enrollement form for my benefits and how it works is that when a member enrolls I pay out my comission for the first month to the chairity.
Hope this all helps some.

OK so these are the standard ideas that usually work: Car wash, bake sale, silent auction (get people to donate items to auction off). You could try a bachelor/bachelorette auction, try a pledge to shave your head for a certain amount of money (get as many people to sign up as possible, and you could also donate the hair to a cancer charity so that people are actually helping two charities at once - the hair must be at least ten inches for it to be usable)..
Have a dance and sell tickets (get the band to volunteer)...
Door to door is no fun but can generate some money..
