Missing emails

Almost all of the questions I posted this evening have had multiple responces, but I have not gotten any emails from MyLot. Anyone else having this issue?

As of now I have not faced anything related to missing emails. I have regualarly received e-mails whenever any answer or comments has been posted.

Yes, I have had this same issue. I'm going to send a myLot mail to myLot because something is not working.

No... they send too much e-mails... yesterday has taken me 15 minutes to delete my messages from MyLot... that`s too much...

If you go to EDIT, and then scroll to the bottom see if send e-mail is checked. If it's not checked then you WON'T get the e-mails. If it is checked then re-check it and hit update, this should help with the problem.

At the top of your page you will see your ID. Clik edit next to that. You will be in a page with your own details. Goto the bottom. you will see an option ,'Do you want emails....' Tick there. That all.You will get emails now. If you find this answer OK please make my reply favourate.

I am getting tons of emails from mylot. You may need to go into your account and reset your preferences. Good luck to you!

Can’t say I have had this problem, although the system in place to keep track of your questions is very poor! I like to give back to those who have took the time to post on a discussion of mine, sometimes it’s so hard to get noticed in the rush!
