American society does offer em freedom but just see where it has lead them to...kids abuse their parents, there is no morality watsoever...foreigners come to India to relive their spirtutality...y do u want 2 leave ur homeland 4 a few material pleasures...life should be satisfying..dont run after money n it comes to ya..acc to me East or West India is d best.

You know, it's easy to stand on the outside and judge. I could very well come up with a lot of prejudicial comments about the people from your country as well. So, are you saying that all the Indians that immigrated to the US are unmoral, and let their kids abuse their parents? Just because one mother drowns her children in a bath tub, doesn't mean that every mother in our country will do the same. America is a very diverse country, with different ethnicities, religions, races, etc. All these equal out to different cultures. Can't judge a book by it's cover. There's good places in our country, and there's not so good places. But, I guarantee, there's something for everyone here.
And, no there are restrictions-lots of restrictions in our country, we're just a bit more open minded and liberal when it comes to certain things, like arranged marriages, and beating your wife-no-no's in our country.

I went to the US once... in Malaysia I had technology, pay and a lifestyle that wass great, and when I went to the US, Im sorry to say this, I felt like I was in some primitive country.
Freedom? Yeah, 50 Ice ceram brands, two political parties. No restrictions? Try getting painted as a pedophile for life because a 17-year old approached you at a bar and said she was 19. Or how about the violence, murders, tv censorship, fundamental groups, abortionist killers, rapists and etc?
Americans are great friendly people. However I cant find much to say about their society, thankfulffy the Americans themselves manage to keep their country up, no matter what, but regretfully, I´d rather go to Sweden or Holland, or South Korea.

Yes I want to go and live in America for sometime. Just to know about the practices there and to get to know the culture there.

There are alot of restrictions at the age of 15. Until you are an adult there is a curfew for teenagers sunday-Thursday it's 10:30 pm and friday & Saturday it's 11:30. You could get a driving permit at the age of 16 but you must be with an adult who has a valid drivers license. At least thats how it is here in Chgo. Our city is beautiful and like anywhere else in the world it has it's good areas and bad. But in general we're all friendly. Please come and see our beautiful city but just do it the legal way and you'll have more fun and no worries.
