I remember everyday sitting there listeing to my teddy tell me storie why my mom cooked us dinner, i slept and ate with that loving bear for years! his nose sometimes falls off hehe but its easily fixed as all toys they cant ever be in perfect condition once a 4 year old gets to them and carrys them all over the place with them! My kids wanted one of these sooooo bad. We couldn't afford to buy it for them. One of the kids I babysat for had one and brought it with them. Those kids loved that lil guy. It was fun to watch their faces when he spoke.

I remember stopping what I was doing to watch the commercial when it came on the television. The kids would come running in too. What a wonderful toy it was. I wish it would make a come back. I would love for my grandkids to have one.

I used to have a Teddy Rupskin. Mines nose stayed on, but his mouth fell off. I saw one at a garage sale a few months back, but he didn't work. Was so disappointed! I wish I would have kept so many toys including Teddy to sell now LOL.

I remember Teddy Ruskin came out when my girls were little. It freaked them out when they heard him talk. They were so scared of that bear they didn't want to go in any toy isle that had him in it.

don't think it was spelled "rubskin" that sounds like the adult version lol. If you still have your old one it might be worth quite a bit to collectors on ebay.
