if u look around...women are more sacrificing and more flexible in any work whether personal or professional...what you say..

i don't think so. they can be much more empatic, that is a great thing, but sometimes they are not enough "bad". i mean, a manager must be "nasty" sometimes, and a woman is not able to do it whenever it is needed. there are exceptions, obviously.

hi,its exactly correct....women have MORE PATIENCE in attending work....secondly women have less OTHER ACTIVITIES compared to men...so women always better managers...the managing the family learn her how to manage a company also..
