i do eat fish a lot and i can't see my house with out a fish in a day. My mom cook fish almost everyday because my father don't really like to eat meat. Fish is tasty too, if you know how to cook them. In my house, we cook fish in several ways and they turn to be great in taste. We make fish curry with the spices, stir fry, steamed fish, smoked fish etc. In my town, we can easily get the fresh fish because we live near by the sea.

Yes.
A 31/2-ounce serving of the following fish provides at least 700 milligrams (0.7 gram) of omega-3 fatty acids important to relieve arthritis:
Anchovies*
Bass, striped
Bluefish
Herring*
Mackerel*
Sablefish*
Salmon
Sardines*
Shark
Trout, brook
Trout, lake*
Tuna, white
*These contain double the omega-3s, or at least 1.4 grams.
In general, the darker the flesh, the fattier the fish and the more omega-3s it contains.
