Have You Ever Seen The Northern Lights?

I have seen them very faintly when I was in ND in April. I would love to see the ones where people talk about them dancing. I found some BEAUTIFUL pics tonight. I will share some.

I actually saw them once. We lived in Michigan at the time not that far from Detroit but out in the country. It was spectacular. I don't know if I can describe it in words. I don't know if you have ever seen a fire with the artificial logs and the mulitude of colors it brings but that was what it was like. The whole lower half of the sky seemed to be on fire but with colors like blue, purple, pink. They streaked upwards and seemed to be dancing to music you couldn't hear. Considering that was over twenty five years ago that should give you an idea of how majestic it was. For me to remember it that well and have it stay with me over all these years.
