Wondering if I am too old to have a child naturally. I am 37 in good health, except for headaches which are controlled with medicine. What do you think? How old were you when you had kids? In Hollywood actress still are having kids in their 40's.

Well you're not that old. Though I would advice you that you talk to your OB/Gyne regarding your medications for your headache because some medications will harm the growing fetus. Other than that, go for it. Have a healthy baby.

I do not think it's too old, but if you really want to do it, I wouldn't wait much longer since fertility does decrease as we get older. If you are happy in your marraige and your husband also wants a child, I say go for it. I never was able to have kids, but if I'd been able to, I would have had at least one. I think it's a natural thing for most women to want children at some point in time. You probably should talk to your doctor about the effect your headache medication would have on your baby. I say go for it.

Nowadays, it seems like people are waiting until their older to have children. I think you should ask your doctor before going forward, he would know best if it would be a good idea. 37 is not old! :o)
