What are the best way to save money which involves not depending on yourself to do it?

Well you could arrange for a direct debit to put money into a savings account a couple of days after you get paid.
Other than that, saving requires effort on your part. Best to accept that it requires effort and get on with it.

I don't know, but when I do save money I try to not spend too much and save certain amount of money on every paycheck.
