They could have a PC that was given to them by somebody else? LIke if somebody got a new, better one they could pass on their old one? Or they could win a competition? But i agree that they could not afford to buy one themselves.

My family belongs to the middle class in our community. That's why I'm doing my best to help my family and self as well, to uplift our econimic condition.

I'm middle class, but I've been poor in my life too. My family has been in some pretty lousy situations, and our household income has been in the 10,000 or less bracket before. Now, the overall household income between my mom and I is almost 80,000 a year, and I'm in college full time as well as working full time. Once I'm out of college, or if I get my own business off the ground successfully before I finish college, I'll end up making more than that all on my own, which would, of course, send me into the upper-class bracket, I think.
What are the qualifications to be considered 'upper-class' anyways? Is there an exact personal income figure that is considered the minimum?

Now tell me what i am: I am married, i work but underpaid, i have two kids, i live with my parents(it sucks i know?) my husband earns less than me, our family lives in a squatters area, i don't have a pc..i only use pc at the office. Which class do i belong? For me i am poor coz i dont have money in the bank, i dont have credit cards and i dont own expensive clothes and materials. But im not sad i am happy coz i am with my family.
