1.eat th right food. - zinc, iron, vit B 2.wash and condition hair. 3.try special treatments. 4.style it with best styling product. FYI:a diet too low in fat can mean less shiny hair - so eat at least 20 grams of healthy fats...

ladygam I think he is having sleep apnea. It's a sleeping disorder often characterized by snoring. Have you considered having him checked? It can be serious.
