Roasted chicken or lechon manok is a Philippine delicacy seen not just in big restaurants but now in the streets as it became so popular and really delicious! I love eating lechon manok, alone or with rice or anything. I can eat the whole large lechon manok!!! But I don't have the money to spend so I have just eaten once... hehehe I hope I would still have the chance to eat while my taste is still good for even if there's a lot of money if we no longer have the appetite and desire to eat, nothing is delicious anymore.
Have you tasted lechon manok? Come to the Philippines and you'll enjoy such a delicious food!

i don't know what she meant by liquid seasoning, but calamansi is this small citrus fruit that's green and very sour. sometimes people substiture calamansi with lime, althoug its not quite the same.in the philippines calamnsi is used a lot for cooking. i looked it up in the internet and it's said in the west calamansi is called acid orange, calamondin orange, or panama orange.

I love roasted chicken. The recipe sounds similar to what I have eaten, except for the sauce. I think people in most parts of the world probably have their version of roasted chicken. Thanks for the discussion. I hope you get to eat a whole one by yourself soon. Maybe you can take the money you make from myLot and buy some.

No I have not had the pleasure of sampling this food. Do you have a recipe that you would share? What type of food is this? Do you have pictures?
Chicken is a favorite of mine. Is it similar?

This sounds delicious! I really like all kinds of chicken. I'm also interested in trying different cultures' types of foods. Maybe I'll be able to come there in the future to see it all and try stuff out.:)
