Why do Teenager get distracted Easily .

I have seen a lot of teenager get distracted Easily , Can any1 tell why.

According to my understanding and point of view, teenage is that phase where children are not mature enogh to decide what is good and what is bad for them...they can easily get influenced by anything and by anyone...and so the distraction is much higher...

Partly its their age, there are a lot of chemical changes happening in the brain during puberty and it has been proven that this tends to promote mood swings, tiredness and other symptoms that often teenagers get. Thankfully we tend to grow out of it!
