yeap me to need the noise of the fan it irritates the crap out of my husband though if its raining i turn it off and get lulled to sleep by the rain hitting on the roof. sometimes the hum of the refridgerator. winter though he refuses to let me have fan on so i stay up till im so tired i fall asleep in seconds of going to bed.

Yeah, I want to have the fan on everytime I sleep, even though it's cold, I just can't sleep when the fan is not on. I wodner why, but it's like the sound of the fan make me feel sleepy...

I use the air conditioner, but only part of the night when the weathers up.

Yes I need aircon for comfort as it is hot in my country. Also, I have asthma and if I stay in a cool room I get less attack

It depends. I need it to be cold in order to sleep but if its chilly enough without the A/C I'll sleep without it.

I usually need both the air conditioner and fan on because I have a hard time getting to sleep otherwise. If I dont have either, I will sweat buckets.

No although I leave the television on, it's not so much the noise but the flickering light that's rather soothing.
