Do you have any holiday traditions?

I'm curious to know what other types of traditions people uphold during this time of year. My family watches "How the Grinch Stole Christmas". We've been doing so ever since I was a little child. It never seems to get old, even as I do :). So, are there any traditions you share with the people you love?

The biggest one for us is opening a present on Christmas Eve. That's been a tradition since I was a child.
