No I Don't have health insurance. I pay full price for my medical care when I need it and for yearly check ups. Ever since the medical fields were deregulated by the Regan administration cost for care have gone bizerk! It's impossible to get coverage like we want that we got when we were in the 1950's.

I have Blue Cross of California through my employer and I'm pretty satisfied with it. We have a Health Savings Account (HSA) attached to our benefits as well. Basically my employer gives me $600/yr to cover copays and expenses that the insurance doesn't cover... this also covers prescriptions. Sometimes it's a pain, but once I meet my deductible everything is covered 100%. My options for health benefits are better than the ones my husband has, so that's why we decided to go with mine.

I have health insurance through my mother. It sucks, we can only see people through my mothers insurance list and the copay for medication is like 90 for all scripts at least. I think it's a better idea though to stay on insurance that not have any at all. Hopefully my boyfriend will get a job at the casino though and one day he'll have great insurance and i'll marry him to go on his plan .haha.

I have health insurance thru my employer which so happens to be a health insurance company. Yes I pay a pretty penny for my insurance to cover myself and my son and I hate my coverage, because it is an HSA like the first person had mentioned. Except my employer only gives us 250 dollars a year unlike her employer where they give them 600 and then my deductible is 5000.oo. So please when people complain about their coverages thru their emplyer, please remember it is your employer that picks the plans they offer you and how much they want to charge you, because it's a cost sharing between you and your employer to cover the premium that is due to the insurance company.

yes we do have health insurance through my work. i am covered so as my dependents, my wife and 2 kids. i shoulder a certain portion for premium and i would say that i am satisfied with my coverage. my only gripe would be the dental coverage as it does not cover root canal and covers prophylaxis once a year. also it covers only up to two permanent fillings. but for medical coverage i really do not have any complains. i haven't paid a dime when we do our checkups and medicine costs can be reimbursed as well. the medical coverage is one of the reasons i am still on my current job. i have applied for similar jobs but they do not have a comparable medical coverage.

i got mine through work.both of my children were covered as well.it's a big help esp if there's a need for confinement.my child had one before from my previous co.and it was a big help coz he encountered a lot of illness that requires hospitalization.i think it's a big help if u have children or parents coz they're the one who are more susceptible to illness.as for me i dont maximize the use of it coz am so uncomfortable going to the hosp and so forth
