darr195 First of all, it's better to not eat or drink much after 7pm. Second, doing relaxing things starting a couple of hours before going to bed like, taking a warm, relaxing bath will really help. Many people are too keyed up at bedtime.

darr195 No, I'm against the beating and abusing, but wouldn't qualify spanking a child in a responsible, caring way as abuse. So I am against passing a law to ban spanking.
