Child Support Amount - What do you get or pay?

We have 2 boys from my husband's first marriage that we get $75 a week for, but the price he set. I'm sure if he would have let the courts set the amount it would have been different. As for me, i'm suppose to be getting $80 a week for my daughter. But I haven't seen any support from him at all. I got a letter dated Oct 31st that said they would be taking it out of his check and I should be recieving something within 6 weeks but that hasn't happened either. I swear I hate CSE!!!

I get $450 a month. Actually, we just had our hearing in November so December will be his first month to pay. We'll see if he actually does or not.

My husband is paying $700 for one child...almost half of what he makes a month...
