sorry. maybe you can sing a different song to forget about her. Like "na na na, hey, hey, hey goodbye".

I sometimes do sing in the shower; it may sound silly (pardon the pun), but if I'm in a good mood and the urge to sing hits, I don't try and resist it.
When I was in high school choir, I used to "rehearse" songs we were learning in class (particularly those for actual concerts) in the awesome, echo-friendly acoustics of the shower. (The acoustics of the tiled bathroom are, of course, the reason why most people do sing in the shower anyway!) It was a fun way to remember the lyrics and the particular vocal part I was learning (baritone in 10th grade, bass in 11th and 12th grades), plus it would already have exercised my vocal cords.
Now, do I still sing in the shower? Not as often as I used to. My voice, which I no longer "train" for singing, tends to go from bass to baritone, and some of the songs I like to listen to ("Goodnight Saigon" and "For the Longest Time") have sections that require either a tenor or even a falsetto voice...

Oh, I hate it when I get a song "stuck in my head." I once heard "Evergreen" in my mind's ears for about 10 hours when I was in college!! And I don't even like the song.
Even worse is when you have a song fragment bouncing around in your head. Can you imagine hearing just the opening bars of "Mona Lisa" incessantly?

I used to when I was a teenager and I'd have a radio in the bathroom to listen to while I showered and got ready for my day. I no longer have a radio nor do I have that much time in the bathroom to myself with having one bathroom and 5 people.

Yes even if I am not a good singer.
Do you celebrate Christmas? If yes, I will take this opportunity to greet you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year (though is not yet Dec. 25, I may not have a chance to greet you anymore so I will do it now).
