Try doing lunges or using a treadmill. There are many types of "floor" leg exercises you can do like lifts and lowers, scissors, squats, etc. Do an internet search on exercises targeting thigh area. Good luck!

i dont really like running either. i tried yoga, weights, exercise classes/videos, and eating healthy. it worked for me.
