Do you own any seasons? How many do you own? Do you plan on buying them? I own all the seasons. I absolutely loved the series and wish it would carry on with one of the potentials (now slayers) in the future.

I don't have any of the seasons on DVD but I'd love to. I do have one episode though that a friend was nice enough to send to me. That is Once More with Feeling. I also have the CD of it. I love that episode. It's just too funny but the songs in it also stick in my head at times. I do have the original movie if that counts :) I would love to see spin-offs happen. Not sure if they will or not but it would be great to see. I think they could do one easy enough if they want to.

I have the CD too and I love it. But alas, I've lost it somewhere in my house. I'm sad about that because I was thinking about it the other day and wanted to listen to it!

I also own all of the seasons! I got them for Christmas last year, and my husband and I spent a lot of time watching them. We watched several episodes every night after work until we were finished watching them all. I think I'm ready to watch them all again though. I don't think I would have liked to see the show go on without the regular gang, with the potentials instead. It definitely wouldn't be the same without Buffy.

Your right, it would not be the same without Buffy. But given the wit of the writer's previous intellect, I think I would still love it!

It wouldn't be the same without Buffy, Willow, Giles, or any of the other actors!! But, I agree that if it is the same witty and hilarious writer then it would be great to watch!!!

If you have a WalMart there, the store has some of the early seasons really cheap. That is one of the bad things with me....I just can't wait for them to be marked down. ha ha I am a serious Buffy/Angel fan too. But hey, that is a Christmas or Yule present idea for ya. Thanks for sharing!

I own all of the seasons on DVD. I think Buffy was one of the greatest shows of the past 10 years. The writing was superb and they really pushed the envelope in a lot of ways. I agree that they should totally coctinue the series. They could even do a different slayer each episode now that there are so many of them. That way they wouldn't necessarily have to get long-term casting contracts. Of course, it wouldn't be the same without Buffy, Willow, Xander and Giles, but it would be better than nothing!!!

I must confess I have 6 seasons on video and one on DVD. I used to absolutely love it but I need a break from it before I go back and watch it all again.

I don't have any seasons on DVD anymore. I used to 'co-own' the first 4 seasons with a boyfriend of mine. When we split up and I moved out, I left them with him. He purchased them, so I wouldn't have dreamed of taking any of them. But I'd love to have them again! My brother did buy me the Firefly series a few Christmases ago. I highly recommend checking it out! ~Wyrdsister

I own all of the Buffy's too. I was a bit of a late bloomer though *laughs* I started watching Buffy in Season 4 and got hooked. So I bought the earlier Seasons and when the later Seasons came out, I bought them too! I'm totally hooked still and watch the episodes I've already seen every once in a while. I'm glad Buffy finished with no spin off, as much as I love Faith as a character. The run over into Angel with Spike really didn't work. I think it was better Buffy finished as it did leaving us with such an awesome series, rather then a spin off show leaving us feeling a bit jaded...

Joss Whedon is writing a new series of Buffy comics for Dark Horse, and in interviews he has stated that this series is essentially Buffy season 8. Certainly a very different medium than televison, but Joss is an acclaimed comic author and I'm sure he can pull this off. There's some information about it on the Diamond Comics website. I believe the first issue with hit stores in April of 2007.

I have all seven seasons on DVD, and the musical episode on a separat DVD. I also have a couple of cds, and my fiancé recently bought me my very own stake lol. When the show ended Joss Whedon famously stated that he might do a movie. Where that project is right now, i have no idea. Hopefully it will come to fruition. Honestly I don't care about the potentials, but I really want to know what happens with Buffy and Spike. The way they dealt with it on Angel was so inadequate, and so out of character.

I want the Faith Movie! I have...all 7 seasons in box sets, the willow/spike/angel disks, the angel dvds, the fred/wesley/gunn dvds, the three CDs and the american version of buffy album, 5 figures and have the cordelia slideshow figure on layby. I am a BTVS JUNKIE! And the potentials are silly...bring back giles, faith and spike!

I own all of the seasons as well. I was pretty lucky in acquiring them in that a buddy of mine runs a store for secondhand dvds and gave me some deals on them. I would love to see a series with one of the new Slayers as well! The Slayer legend is just too good to waste, and I think such a show would succeed even with all new characters/cast.

Actually I do plan on buying the series on dvd in the future.not quite sure when since money has been a little tight. The other day my cousin was telling me that the first season was on sale at walmart for like under 20 bucks. that's a sale if i ever saw one.If they were to carry on the series without buffy I would watch it just to see where they go.

I just typed a long comment and when I hit post response, the page said, cannot find server. I hate it when that happens. Now I will have to do it all over again. I did not like the last season of Buffy. It was too "dark" for me. I did enjoy all the other ones though. Both my daughters loved the show. They both own all the seasons on DVD. They also have all the seasons of Angel. Have you seen the new vampire show called Moonlight? I really like it. It is on CBS

I dont own any seasons on DVD, i have every season on tape though! Buffy the Vampire Slayer was repeated from various channels so many times that i recorded each and every episode from the channel through my VCR! I guess the DVD pack comes with a lot of goodies, like the interviews of the cast and directors, onset shooting and never see before footage!

I bought all of the seasons on DVD. The most expensive being Season 6 for me. I too love the series and watch the DVDs a lot of them time. Sometimes is just pick out episodes i like but other times i choose to watch a whole season at a time. I plan on getting the Angel Season DVDs now too. I have already started with buying Seaosn 1.
