Check out this site.. www.sparkpeople.com
It is great. It is basicly just all about proper eating and exercise. It is not a fad. It is a great way to track you calories and also learn a thing or two or three or more.

I dont beleive in fad diets. A balanced diet is the only way to go with excersise. But I am a very strong beleiver in detoxify your body as well.
Everyone should detoxify at least twice a year. Spring and fall are great times to do it.

There are many number of diet available for weight loss. But don't take chemical oriented/extra protein products. My advise is go for Natural diets based on vegetables or fruits. Still you got doubt kindly visit the site for full details. http://sensatiafruit.com/pre/py057412.html .

My mom did the 'one day' diet and got me going on it to. I don't use the supplements, just nautral fruits one day for all meals,(exception is bananas and I don't like them anyway) and eat a normal meal the next. How easy can that be. I've lost 8 lbs with it.

i dont know what would be the best diet but some e-books can tell that to you.
I have a site that gives good rebates on online fitness e-books. one new one is calles burn the fat feed the muscle but there are loads of them. the best thing about my site is that it gives you loads of discounts on products available online.
Search the net for e-books, subscriptions, softwares anything you want and mail it to me at abhijeetkaplish@gmail.com. Talking to you through mylot is very difficult actually so mailing would be better. do not respond through this, pleeease.
And yes you might have heard of the site, it's called simulaworld.com. Dont go to the site, its total crap.i did not have time to make it properly but the rebates are good so you dont worry. anything you want, mail it to me. And yes you should be worried about me earning ten cents or sowhen i am giving you such huge discount.least 50% and max97%.

I absolutely love SparkPeople.com. I have lost around 15 pounds since joining and trying to follow their advice. If I would follow the plan I would lose more.

I have 45lbs to go to be where I was prior to having kids. I really enjoy the meal plan I am on, it is filling and very healthy. They teach you how to lose the weight and keep it off.

The best diet out there is one I found in Women's World magazine. It is very simple, no measuring required. It is based on Jenny Craig and Nutrisystem using prepared foods but you purchase them at the grocery store for a fraction of what J.C. and N.S. charge. Best of all, my doctor also approves of it. I recommend it to so many. It also is based on 1250 calories but can be adjusted to 1500. Most doctors recommend 1200 calories for those that need to lose a fair amount of weight. (I'm an R.N.)

The best diet is no diet. People always end up gaining back the weight they lost and then some. Just gradually cutting back a bit on proportions, eating a lot of vegetables so you won't get sugar cravings so badly, exercising even moderately, and for sure, having yourself checked out by a physician for any physical difficulties like thyroid or amino acid imbalance, etc.

I lost 20 pounds prior to our beach trip taking Ripped (a product from GNC). I was greatly impressed with the outcome, but I wasn't eating right. While on our vacation, I found out that I was already a month pregnant, and I had to stop taking the pills and everyone made me start eating. Needless to say, I gained much of the weight back due to my body going through shock.. but after the baby is born and Im done nursing.. if I still need to shed pounds, I'll go back to that diet. It worked well for me and most dont.
