did u ever taught someone to swim?

No, never lol. I myself seldom play swimming. I don't do it very often.

infact i learnt from someone... dint get a chance to teach...!!!

i couldnot swim... heheehe and i am just afraid of water.... and interesting thing is in my family no body knows to swim....

I was a swimming instructor back in college and I admit it is hard to teach someone to swim if he's afraid of water. Usually I hold their hands and we lower our heads at the same time, it will take lots of patience (from the instructor) until they will be confident enough to swim on their own.

I taught my friends to swim,rather my father did half the work, Shortly i am going to address him as swim coach, eh is the one who taught us to swim, i am very proud of him, i m 26 but till now he treats me like a kid when we are in water and helps me learn all different kinds of strokes,rather his systems steps towards swiming hepls anyone to start swiming within a week.

I taught my oldest granddaughter to swim two summers ago. She loves it! I just held her belly in my forearms and told her how to dog paddle. Now she tries all different strokes. I tried to teach my son to swim when he was small but he was afraid. He taught himself to swim when he started going to the public pool with his new step-siblings. They would go to the deep and and he wanted to be with them so he started swimming!

No i have never taught anyone how to swim because I myself dont know how to swim

I recently taught my 6 year old cousin how to swim, Although he was not scared to enter the pool but did fear being in the deep side, so initially i used to take him to the deep side on mm back and used to stay there for some time to discard his fears and once the fear was gone ... he was a swimmer

I can't say I have ever taught someone to swim. I have taught someone to play volleyball. I don't normally go swimming but when I do, it is very fun. I'm very glad you were able to teach your family how to swim. That was very nice of you. Your family is very lucky to have someone teach them how to swim.
