what makes best Company to work ?

I think it's the fact the company puts family first. For example, when my daughter has a doctors appointment, I like to go with her. But, if I do that, she doesn't want me going back to work after it. I've explained that to the company and they let me take the entire day off for doctors appointments for that very reason.

I am self employed and work @ home, I'm the best boss I have ever had.
