jillybeans Yeah you dont notice it as much on lighter colored rabbits, we have all colors, and the blacks and chocolates look the worse when going thru their molt. It might take some time for him to get an even coat again but he will. Jill Gold Canyon...

Does anyone have a good, less strenuous way of keeping rabbit pans clean? I know, a dirty subject, but with over 100 pans to clean and being 50 and diabetic I need to find an easier way of doing it. It takes me 3 hours to do them...

jillybeans I have a friend who also raises show rabbits and she has a set up very similar to what you are talking about, her husband actually designed a rack type thing and her cages all hang from it and it has metal ( I think) that is under each cage and the droppings...

jillybeans Yes we completely dump every tray once a wk, spray it with Vanodin and put clean pine shavings in it. We dont keep the old ones in there. And yes the cages we have our rabbits in are more then the recommended size by the American Rabbits Breeders Association....
