Who will u vote if there has been a president for the entire world

He should be experienced to deal with democracy as well as terrorists as well as economy as well as military as well as secret services as well as diplomats .... also he should have some experience on such a job already in not too small a country .... in my eyes Mr. Putin wouldn't be a bad choice.

If there was ever a President for the whole world I doubt very much we would even have a choice in who ruled us or even what laws there were. Although the only aspect I can ever see ruling the whole world would be some form of Alien. ;)
