It was O.K. I was force fed this book when I was at a management workshop. Admittedly, I was a bit annoyed with it on the first read. It seemed like a childish premise. I'm really more of a Dr.Seuss fan. So, yes, I approached this read with a bit of cynicism. After I got over myself I reread it, and took a little more away from it. I ended up using portions for training my hourly employees. One of the biggest lessons I learned from this exercise was to keep an open mind. Another good read is "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People".

i love this book not only because it helps you to find out your problems but also because it helps you to know how to solve them.
