Regardless if i'm going to sleep late (which is the case lately since i'm going somewhere between 1 and 2 a.m.) i have my mobile phone alarm ringing and it's helping me.
Do you have on-call alarm there?
You can use a phone service provider to set a time when you can be called in order to woke-up.

I have the same problem. I used to try setting 2 different alarms, placing them in different places, and I was able to sleep through them. It worked at first, but then I think I subconsciously got used to the sound as was able to sleep through it. If you don't have any telephone wake-up services there, try to arrange for someone to call you every morning. A cell phone would be best, so that you can change the ring-tone and maybe you won't get immune to the sound; a different ring tone every few weeks might startle you awake.
Starting a telephone wake-up service in your area might be a good idea for a business venture; if it's promoted right, you would be surprised at the response. It's a pretty lucrative business, actually. But first you need to be able to wake up on time yourself, or else you would have a lot of angry customers who are late for work!

I think Alarm CLock works best, u have got to make it a habit.
If you stop the Alarm Clock, Then instead of Putting into stop, You can put it into snooze, In this way, u will have to wake up, sooner or later. Snooze system works after 5 minutes, again the clock starts ringing and in this way you are bound to wake up. Hope that answers the question

2 alarm clocks will help.If you heard the alarm, and you do not want to wake up,the problem lies with you.You don't want to wake up.Yes.Once you heard the alarm and you get back to sleep, you will definetly be able to sleep. But once you get up off your bed and stone for a while, you will not fall asleep.Think of something that motivates you.

Try multiple alarms. Set more than one alarms, u can use ur mobile, ur music system, ur alam clock at the same time. Also dont make them to shout at the same time. Keep some time gap etween them, so that if u swith off one and sleep again, the next one will not let u!!!

When I was younger, I used to have 2 alarms, just in case I turned the first one off after it rang.
I always find that, phone call can make me up easily.
So, if I really scared I couldn't wake up, I'd ask a friend to call me. True, you gotta have this friend to wake up on time, and call you. :p
