I think you get out of your job what you put into it. Always look for opportunities to learn and grow ( in any situation actually) and your income will grow.

No, That's why Home Biz/Earn Money from home/MLM concepts on the rise. As per my conclusion Job holder is neither earning as per his dreams/goals nor sparing his time with family. Here the people not satisfying with the jobs.

Probably not, many jobs lack challenging environments though at the end of the day they need to be done. Certain jobs are vital to the community, usually jobs society can’t live without are the one’s they call.
