Long sleep is not health for the body. A person can have noramally 6 to 8 hours of sleep per day.

Yes, deep sleep is good for health. As deep our sleep will be, so early we will be relaxed. When we go in restless sleep, our all parts of body get much rests resulting into fressness all the day. But the people who take help of Pills, it is not so with them. They feel all the day dizy. I myself go to bed at 10:30 pm and wake up at 5:00 am daily, monday to sunday, no changes in routeen. Not a single yawn comes to me all the day. Try it....be happy

Yes I think it's good, but it also depends on witch hour you go to sleep. If I go to sleep at midnight I will feel relaxed the next day, but If I go to sleep at 3 or 4 am I wouldn't be very relaxed the next day.

I read an article about this in my Reader's Digest today. When we are in a deep sleep our bodies get all kinds of things done that can't be done when we are awake, like growing, in children, and reparing damaged muscles etc. with the same growth hormone, in adults.
