It depends on how a woman looks. Some women look great with it, others don't.

N't at all. I do n't think so and i think that woman look more beautiful with proper dressing than short dresses. I think that short dresses r n't good looking but bad looking and its very bad culture and i think that a woman must cover her body and she looks more beautiful with her covered body instead of naked body.

i always feel a good looking woman will look good whatever she is wearing, a plain woman may have to wear short skirts to draw attention to herself, but each to their own

Well.... what's the problem?
I think that everybody should dress how he/she desires, our way of dressing tell much of us.
If a woman has beautiful legs why not to show them? I think that even if she wouldn't have beautiful ones she could dress "short dresses", the most important thing is feeling at ease with our dresses.
