the most used would have to be Firefox after that I think I use my AVG anti Virus the most although I don't really use it because it is set to run on its own. I use my Aracnophilia (html editor) alot to make changes to my websites and create ebay auctions before I transfer them into ebay's Turbo Lister. I also use word alot since I write articles for associatedcontent.com. I don't write as many articles as I should but once I get a rhythm word will be my most used.
