do u go for a morning walk?
Walking has so many health benefits, the stress management benefits are practically just gravy! A morning walk can get you ready for your day, help you sleep better at night, lower your stress level, and reduce your risk of numerous health conditions. And if you bring a dog with you, you’ll be lavished with attention as well!
Walking is good for your heart:
* improves circulation
* helps breathing
* combats depression
* bolsters the immune system
* helps prevent osteoporosis
* helps prevent and control diabetes
* helps control weight
so it is time that we start going to walk!!!!!!come on

I learned long ago that walking several times a day is benefical healthwise and emotionally.
Any exercise can help the body and brain produce dopamine...a brain flooded with dopamine triggers the flight or fight response, but dopamine is also essential for our mental health. Without adequate amounts of dopamine severe depression can occur.
Walking, biking any kind of exercise that increases your heart and lung rate also causes an increase in dopamine production.
Walk in the mornings, jog whatever works for you. 15 minutes 5 times a day can make you more alert when needed, feel more active, increase your energy levels and yes, after cooling down and relaxing a while, even help you sleep.

I usually get up by 4.00-4.30 A. M.( IST) and taking fresh ozone up to 6.00 o'clock then i take fresh breath of Oxygen from 6:oo AM onwards . As per yoga norms if you workout before 6:00 o'clock you will live 100 years under special conditions . So try to workout before 6'oclock .

I walk my dog every morning ANDDDD my friend I dont like the attention i get from it lol. i have a really cute dog n i hate when ppl try to appraoch me and ask questions about him lol. im a real grouch lol. and also i dont like to walk most mornings. BUTTT i do think walking is very beneficial to health. and it also helps clear the mind. so i take walks when i have alot on my mind and i just walk when its late so hardly anyone is outside n its nice and calm n quiet its great. :-)

That is a great idea and plan but if you have to be to work early that not a good idea.If I was to walk in the morning before work I would have to get up at 4AM and that's not going to happen.

Very interesting informaton there. Unfortunately for me do to an auto accident & going through spinal injections, I am unable to exercise like I need to. Therefore, I try to do a little excercise by walking around the house, in the yard & on the treadmill when I am able to. I can't watch like a normal person does, I walk slow. But I have to walk when I can. However, I can't walk for more then 15 minutes at a time, I must sit down.
