Intra Oral Camera is a great tool for patient motivation. But it has to be used quite skillfully.There is a way to use Intra Oral Cameras.If a sound technique is used to use[view]from] intra Oral Camera, then a Dentist will be able to view any part in the mouth.
There are several types of Intra Oral Cameras available in the market.I can provide information on all the types of Intra Oral Cameras.

In simple words Intra Oral Camera means Dental Camera.It is a tooth brush type camera.The actual camera is very small and because its size it can go upto last molar and view it. It is a live video camera.It can be attached to T.V.,P.C. ,Laptop,Monitor etc. If used with the software you can store images and video clips.

It is much better than actually seeing through the mouth area!
You can see it all in the monitor attached to the device

Yes. It can be attached not only to monitor but can be attached to T.V., P.C. ,Laptop etc. If it is used with the software then it is more advantageous.

This is quite an interesting equipment. As a dental patient, I always like to know what the dentist is doing step by step and it would be much better also not only know but also be able to actually see what he is doing inside my mouth. Of course, this would put some pressure on the dentist, but I think a professional would not bother even if the whole world is watching.
