I am not. I look forward to growing old and seeing my children reach adulthood and have families of their own. I look forward to life and what it will bring and my final reward in Heaven.

No, I am not really afraid of getting old. I am more afraid of being old and have not accomplished anything. I think, well, as of now, I can live with all the deformities and flaws of old age as long as I have good memories with me. It won't be that bad to not be able to do the things you used to do. I guess, reminiscing all the things I've done and all the blessings I have received can fill the emptiness of old age.

I am not afraid of getting older but my husband is.
He is currently freaking out because his body can't handle the same amount of abuse that it did when he was younger. he has been a mechanic all his life and now it is physically hard for him to do his job and it really scares him
We just had a long talk last night trying to figure what we oucld do to help him with this fear.
It is hard for me to understnad since I have no problem with it.
