I think walking is excellent, when i started walking 2 x a day, I noticed my stomach came down very much, and when it get warmer I will start up again. I am telling you it will work.

working out in the gym wont really ake you lose unnecessary fats fast. the best thing to do is do some cardio activites and do random exercises. dont make your body get used to a particular exercise since it would slow down your metabolism. sit-ups would usually develop your abdominal muscles but it wont burn fats fast. though it helps, it takes time. jogging, biking, swimming are exercises that really helps

You can't necessarily target one set of muscles, but what you can do is sit-ups/crunches and add cardio. You won't get anywhere unless you do cardio. That's what burns the fat.

Eating right low carb diet,exercise,and drinking plenty of water and crunches with an exercise ball will do the trick but it will take time like anything else.

If you workout it does not mean that your going to lose you belly fat. You got to watch what you eat, You got to go on a diet program as well. Eating is the most important part while working out and dieting.

hi i work out myself everday i stick to the same things everyday i dont go to gyms as i have all the equiptment at home that i need and do it all in my spare room, belly is always the hardest to loose for anyone, i usually do alot of situps and go for alot walks and runs with my partner.
