U'll have to feel free when in job interviews...
Actually job interviews were not tht hard tht ppls think.. but wht happens is tht they get nervous or starts lying trying to earn impression and later btings out a conflict...
I think when answering to non technical question... ppls should answer whtever comes first in his mind without hesitation and should be confident whtever he tells.
Dont ever hesitate on ur answer. even if u become unsure of ur answere later, stay sticked to it untill it is proven right or wrong...

As someone who has been in the position to do interviews for hiring, I would recommend that you tell the truth. People have a way of seeing through a lie and at the first sign of it I would decide not to hire the person. Regardless of your motivations, weaknesses, etc. I would respect the fact that you were honest. Doesn't everyone want an employee with integrity?

my friend thare is such a thing as a a probationary in which your confirmation shall be dtermined on what you have said. if found that you have lied and do not measure up,just to get the job ,then you will have a very short career.

In interview try to say truth only, don't say lie. Be confidant, Honest, and eye to eye contact. Don't feel shy, be outspoken.

Try speaking the truth but think before you speak.Like if only money motivates you,you won't say that money motivates me,you will say that tasks that are challenging and able to help the company to generate revenue motivates me.
