I do overweight when I was still in school. Now I control what to eat and lots of exercise. Not for a good body though, just for a healthy body.Just try it.

Get more Fiber content food. This makes more power to the digestive system and declare war on food to minimize it by maintaining the fitness of the body. Do regular brief exercises. This has been provided by Kerala people in their treatment and got the results.

health - exercising daily keeps you fit
have a good nutruitive diet,less of fats and workout daily, i think it will keep you fit.....

cut out all sugars and starches this means no bread, pasta, peas, corn, soda, and any high carb foods our drinks what ever you eat as less than 3 carbs in it. If you do not believe this works try it for to weeks and see what happens I personally believe the Atkin diet works.

The responses you have received are similar to mine when I posted a discussion on overweight problems. Top of the list is exercise and paying attention to what and how much you eat. However, without discipline the war on fat and weight will not be won. How do I know - I am still overweight.

It depends upon your nature of work, food habit and body type your parents too. Good clean food habits with a little bit of exercice will make you perfect!

Healthy eating and daily exercise will combat being overweight. I have lost weight doing this and I feel so much better. Folks tell me I look better too.

since d time i hv lost weight i feel it is very easy!u jst need to put in a lil time n effort.drink lots of water,work out for an hour everyday and dont eat to heavy.it works!!
