ritu2277 yes.i feel smtimes is gud to cry.it relieves u of the stress and suffocation that u are going thru wen u are low.it makes u feel lighter n u can went out al ur feelings.its a kind of emotional state of mind and u shud cry wen u feel d need to.

its never late to realise that u need to shed those extra pounds.some ppl feel shy n depressed abt their obesity bt thats nt the rite attitude.start following a healthy food n exercise regime and u wil surely reap gud results.

How do you convince someone to seek help for depression?

I believe my husband suffers from depression, possibly bipolar disorder. He refuses to seek medical intervention. Most days he is fine, but sometimes his mood will change suddenly, and he is the type to lash out at others...

ritu2277 since d time i hv lost weight i feel it is very easy!u jst need to put in a lil time n effort.drink lots of water,work out for an hour everyday and dont eat to heavy.it works!!
