There are times in life, when you feel you are very much unwanted, nothing goes your way, everything seems to be going wrong and you become the victim of circumstances. You feel the whole life is becoming a big burden on you, and cannot reason the way things go wrong with you. What do you do in such circumstances? Some take to violent reactions, while others take resort to meditations and prayers, some others find refuge in friends and relatives, while some others may take to drugs, and lastly some seclude themselves away from civilisation. So what is the correct stance one should take and how would you react to a depression phase in your life?

it really has to depend on how one got to that stage. Talking with professional or friends is sometimes all that is needed. Sometimes medicines are needed. There is no set treatment plan. I hug my kids when I am really down and that helps me.

Sure, you are absolutely right, it does depend on the stage at which the depression, and the various remedies as told by you. It is nice to know that you get a relief by hugging your kids, yes I also do the same by hugging my wife and close friends. Thanks for responding to my discussion and giving your valuable thoughts.

Yes Thanks Harsh, I have tried this and found that it gives a relief to a great extent and also provides a platform to release your tensions. As you rightly said, today's lifestyle is such that everyone goes through unnecessary tensions and sthen we have to get into depressions. Thanks once again and god bless.
