Is there Any Emotional and Spiritual Detoxification

I know which everyone do know commonly the Physical Detox, i don't know but i am interested to know if there is any such thing as Emotional and Spiritual Detox. Especially when you are so stressful and so under pressure.

for me regular meditation works as a spiritual detox. Im a psychic and need these peaceful times to recharge my batteries
