Is there Any Emotional and Spiritual Detoxification

I know which everyone do know commonly the Physical Detox, i don't know but i am interested to know if there is any such thing as Emotional and Spiritual Detox. Especially when you are so stressful and so under pressure.

If Humans are inflicted with asthma, does an animal like dogs have it too?

As what i have observe,my pets got this asthma like symptoms during early morning and also when i use to play with them,they tend to get tired and hardly catch their breath.
