I suggest honey with fresh lemon/calamansi juice mixrd well to be taken spoonful and slide down the throat. Europeans also treat colds with a hot onion soup. This is some of the cures that I know..

I reckon just stay warm, and suck on menthol lollies.

I got know a couple of remedies from my granny :D .Usually it starts with continuous / intermittent sneezing followed by blockage of nasal passage. - to stop the sneezing cut a small piece of onion and keep smelling it .I know it could be awful ,but It Works. -u could also smear eucalyptus extract / oil on a piece of cloth and smell it.This is better relatively. - make sure u r ears are covered always until ur alrite!!

keep an ample amount of vitamin C always... but too much of it would make you look like malnourished. LOL
