In our state and locality where there is high population density land wealth is growing fast than bank money. Do you agree it?

Land increases more in value rather than money deposited in banks. For example a House & Lot here in our city costs 5.5 million pesos this year, next year it will be around 5.8 million..
Money in banks only earns 1-2% per year, even if your money is worth 5.5 million, your interest earnings will only be 55,000 less 20% withholding taxt so it totals into 44,000 interest earnings per year.
