At a fast food store, which is healthier: chicken nuggets or a small burger?

If you compare, say, a McDonalds cheeseburger and a 6-pack of McDonalds nuggets, the cheeseburger has FAR less calories and fat than the nuggets do (I think about 430 calories for the nuggets and about 270ish for the burger). The nuggets are deep fried and highly coated in a fryable coating thats really high in fat. While the burger is not good to have regularly either, if you had the choice and wanted to go the healthier one in terms of fat content and calories, go the small burger. If you want something REALLY healthy, don't go for either...

A small plain burger, check the nuritional information at some of the fast food chains websites. I know this from my past days of diets, Now I would just grab a salad or some fruit. Or make my own veggie burger at home.
