bridgeb Sweet Potatoe Fries I cut the potatoes into fries, toss in a little olive oil, add some spices (garlic, oragano, etc.) then bake on a baking stone in the oven. I like them dipped in a vegi-ranch dressing.

bridgeb A small plain burger, check the nuritional information at some of the fast food chains websites. I know this from my past days of diets, Now I would just grab a salad or some fruit. Or make my own veggie burger at home.
