Do you ever relive months of memories in a matter of minutes?

Sometimes it can be as little as a few seconds. Certain smells or aromas can evoke a memory. The smell of coffee always makes me remember university days and the number of cappuccinos we drank to keep us going. The smell of diesel oil reminds me of my shrot stay in Trieste Italy - sad but true! Pity it isn't the smell of some flower in bloom instead :)

Yeah, it happens like that once in a while. Anything can trigger it, something someone says, a smell, a plot on TV...sometimes it's good, sometimes it's painful. I hope you aren't going through something painful.

Yes, whenever I go through my old things and all the memories comes back. It's nice to reminisce old memories. It bring joy and happiness, and sometimes inspiration.
